Common questions

I can’t sign in with my email and password.

If you originally signed up with Sign in with Appleon iOS, your account doesn’t have a password. On the web sign-in screen, tap “Email me a sign-in link” and open the link from your inbox. Once signed in, you can set a password from Update password if you want one.

How do I delete my account?

On iOS: Profile tab → Delete account. We remove your profile, comments, follows, saves, collections, and streak within seven days; backups containing residual data are overwritten within thirty. If for any reason the in-app button doesn’t work, email privacy@knowfeed.io and we’ll handle it manually.

I’m not getting push notifications.

Check Settings → Notifications → knowfeedon iOS and make sure they’re allowed. We only send push for: a reply to your comment, a new follower, or a new follower on one of your public collections.

I think a fact is wrong or missing a source.

Email editors@knowfeed.io with the fact title and what you think is wrong. We fix or retract if the evidence holds up.

I want to publish on knowfeed as a partner.

Read the partner program page, then email partners@knowfeed.io.
